At the Grand Adventurers Club, we want every expedition to end in triumph — not regret.

If your order doesn’t meet expectations, unused and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

Eligible Returns

Items must be:

• Unused and unopened

• In original packaging

• In resalable condition

For tabletop games, factory seals must remain intact.

Please do not attempt to return live monkeys, enchanted idols, or mysterious fog.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened games or products

• Clearance or sale items

• Gift cards or digital items

• Custom or special-order items

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the member unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error in your order.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we may make it right promptly.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at Curator@GrandAdventurersClub.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our Quartermasters will guide your return safely home.
