Greetings, noble traveler!
You’ve reached the Shipping Policy, where we explain how your treasured goods journey from our outpost to your doorstep. Whether your package travels by courier, carriage, or metaphorical gryphon, we strive to make the process smooth, reliable, and worthy of any adventurer.

1. Order Processing Times

Every great quest begins with preparation.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • During festivals, sales, or high‑volume seasons, processing may take a bit longer as the Club's trained primates work overtime.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order begins its journey.

 

Note: Our staff rest on weekends and holidays, so orders placed during these times will be prepared the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Your goods travel swiftly via trusted couriers of the realm. Available shipping options and estimated timelines include:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Express / Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days

Shipping times are estimates, and unforeseen dragons (or courier delays) may occasionally affect transit times.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on your location, the weight of your loot, and the chosen delivery speed.
All applicable shipping costs will appear at checkout before you complete your order — no mystery fees or hidden traps.

4. International Shipping

For adventurers beyond our homeland, we do offer international shipping to select regions.

Please be aware:

  • Delivery times vary by country and customs efficiency.

  • Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Some items may be restricted in certain territories — laws of distant kingdoms vary.

5. Tracking Your Shipment

Once your package sets out on its quest, you will receive a tracking link so you can watch its progress across the realm.

If tracking information seems delayed or unclear, fear not — carriers sometimes take a day or two to update their runes.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

We do our best to ensure your goods reach you safely, but should misfortune strike:

  • Damaged items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

  • Missing or lost packages: Notify us if your package hasn’t arrived within 5 days of its expected delivery date.

  • Delayed shipments: While delays are usually carrier‑related, we’ll do everything we can to help resolve the issue.

We want all adventurers to receive their gear promptly and in pristine condition.

7. Incorrect Addresses

If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, please message us as soon as possible.
If the package has not yet shipped, we’ll update the path.
If it’s already en route, we’ll assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee rerouting.
